This policy explains what personal data cognifyflow.com collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. When you use the contact or enquiry form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks you are not a bot.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider, Brevo, and send you a confirmation email first. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures which pages are read, in aggregate. If you decline, it does not load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
  • Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

We have no user accounts, no comments and no advertising trackers.

Who processes your data

  • Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile)
  • Brevo (sending our replies and the newsletter)
  • Google (Analytics, only with your consent)

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@cognifyflow.com.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
